Registration

  • Gold Sponsors will get a table of 10 seats, VIP status, top recognition and logo display on programs, exhibit table, visual / media exposure.
  • Silver sponsors will get a table of 10 seats, receive recognition and logo display on programs, and VIP status.
  • Bronze Sponsors will get a table of 10 seats and recognition on the sponsor list.
  • Bronze Sponsors will get a table of 10 seats and recognition on the sponsor list. Current paid members get a $250 discount if registering on or before September 19, 2017.
  • Half table sponsors will get 5 seats and recognition on the sponsor list.
  • Contributors will get 2 seats based on availability.
  • Individuals get 1 seat based on availability.
AAAE member firms have the special opportunity to showcase their projects at this 40th anniversary celebration. Event table sponsors may submit three slides, and all other sponsors may submit one slide for display at the dinner. Detailed guidelines will be sent after event registration.

Must be current AAAE member. Limit of one set of slide(s) per sponsor firm.

In celebrating AAAE’s 40th anniversary, we are honored to have the mayors of San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose present their visions on sustaining the Bay Area’s economic boom and approaches to infrastructure financing. The three mayors—Ed Lee, Libby Schaaf, and Sam Liccardo—are significant driving forces in fostering the recent tech boom and in addressing key issues of affordable housing, traffic congestion, sea level rise, and global warming.

Gabriel Metcalf, SPUR’s Executive Director, will be moderating the mayors’ presentations. Under Gabriel’s leadership, SPUR has been on the forefront of advocating smart growth and sustainable development in the Bay Area. Gabriel’s insights are sure to make the mayors’ presentations provocative, stimulating, and inspirational!
